YORKSHIRE TEA ICED TEA – PROPER GOOD DISPLAY PACK INCENTIVE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Yorkshire Tea Iced Tea Proper Good Display Pack Incentive (“Incentive”)

    1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Yorkshire Tea Iced Tea Proper Good Display Pack Incentive. The Incentive promoter is Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate Ltd of 1 Parliament Street, Harrogate, HG1 2QU (“Promoter”). By participating in this Incentive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  1. How the Incentive works
  1. The Incentive runs from 00:00 GMT on 1st July 2026 to 23:59 GMT on 30th September 2026 inclusive (“Incentive Period”).
  1. To qualify for the Incentive, participants must purchase a minimum of two (2) cases of Yorkshire Tea Iced Tea (Peach & Raspberry - 12x330ml bottles / Lemon - 12x330ml bottles) through any UK wholesaler during the Incentive Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
  1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible participants who make a valid Qualifying Purchase and successfully submit a valid claim will receive one (1) Proper Good Display Pack (“Display Pack”), while stocks last.
  1. Claims must be submitted within the Incentive Period. Any claims submitted outside of the Incentive Period will not be valid.
  1. How to claim
  1. To claim the Display Pack, participants must:
  1. make a Qualifying Purchase during the Incentive Period;
  1. complete the online claim form; and
  1. upload valid proof of purchase clearly showing:
  • the date of purchase or delivery;
  • the wholesaler name, and
  • evidence of purchase of at least two (2) cases of Yorkshire Tea Iced Tea.
  1. Claims that are incomplete, illegible, altered, or otherwise invalid will not be accepted.
  1. Proof of purchase must relate to orders placed and dated within the Incentive Period.
  1. Eligibility
  1. The Incentive is open to UK mainland business customers only, excluding employees of the Promoter, its holding or subsidiary companies, and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Incentive.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and/or proof of purchase at any time.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim where the proof of purchase cannot be verified.
  1. One (1) Display Pack is available per Qualifying Purchase order, regardless of the number of cases purchased above the minimum requirement, unless otherwise stated.
  1. Claims on behalf of others, bulk claims, or automated claims will not be accepted.
  1. The Incentive offer
  1. Each successful claim will receive one (1) Proper Good Display Pack, which includes a selection of branded point-of-sale materials designed to support in-venue activation of Yorkshire Tea Iced Tea.
  1. The Display Pack may include (but is not limited to): table talkers, window stickers, till wobblers, coasters, strut cards, and aprons. Contents may vary depending on availability.
  1. One (1) Display Pack will be issued per valid claim, subject to availability and while stocks last.
  1. The Display Pack is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the Display Pack with items of equal or greater value where necessary.
  1. Availability and fulfilment
  1. Display Packs are available while stocks last. The Promoter does not guarantee availability throughout the Incentive Period.
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that cannot be fulfilled due to stock exhaustion.
  1. Delivery timelines for Display Packs may vary and are subject to processing and logistics times following successful validation of claims.
  1. Limitation of liability
  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from participation in the Incentive or receipt or use of the Display Pack, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, system errors, or other issues that may result in a claim not being submitted or processed correctly.
  1. Data protection
  1. The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [insert link].
  1. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Incentive, including verifying claims, fulfilling Display Packs, and handling related communications.
  1. The Promoter may share relevant personal data with appointed agencies and fulfilment partners for the purpose of administering the Incentive only.
  1. General conditions
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Promoter may refuse any claim it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Incentive in its sole discretion.
  1. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the Incentive is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Incentive.
  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and participants agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with them.
