Raspberry Rose Iced Tea Cooler

Our Rose Lemonade infusion is dazzlingly refreshing – and it makes a gloriously elegant summer cocktail.

Raspberry Rose Iced Tea Cooler

150ml sweet Rose Lemonade tea (see recipe below)
35ml Slingsby Vodka
15ml Chambord
25ml lemon juice
Mint
Raspberries
Orange slices

– In a glass, add lemon juice, vodka, an orange slice and some ice.
– Add 6 mint leaves, 6 raspberries, another orange slice and more ice.
– Pour in sweet Rose Lemonade tea and stir.
– Top with ice, a final orange slice and a mint spring.
– Float Chambord on top and serve.

Sweet Rose Lemonade tea
To make sweet Rose Lemonade Tea, infuse 10 Taylors of Harrogate Rose Lemonade tea bags in 750ml freshly boiled water with 160g agave syrup and a pinch of baking soda. Leave to cool and remove bags.
