Just in time for Christmas… a Yorkshire Tea cocktail recipe

We’re excited to share this delicious twist on a proper brew which was served at the recent Top 50 Boutique Hotels event.


  • 50ml Gin
  • 12.5ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 50ml Yorkshire Tea

Let the Yorkshire Tea brew for at least 3 minutes and leave to cool. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Then simply strain the liquid as you pour.

Serve in a teacup, or better yet, serve it in a Christmas teacup for the perfect festive tipple!
